Loving message from Pat Wilson’s daughter regarding Pat’s funeral
06/09/2021Sadly the news today is the passing of one of our legends, Pat Wilson.
Thank you to everybody who has left messages of condolence, re Pat. Pat died as he wanted to. At home, and with his family around him. I spoke to his daughter today. Donna told me how surprised she was at the way he had rallied to entertain Trevor and Me, last Wednesday. He knew we were coming and was determined to entertain us as he had done many times. She said he rallied again, on the weekend when a couple of other friends called in to see him. After that he went back to his bed. He took his final breath, this morning, with Deidre, his wife of 63 years, by his side. He just slipped away. Just as he had planned.
Our sincere condolences to the Wilson family.
