Desmond Wayne Creek

It is with sorrow that we announce the passing of our former colleague,
Desmond Creek. Desmond joined the South Australian Metropolitan Fire
Service on Monday, January 22nd, 1973, and served the South Australian
public for 45 years before retiring on Monday, September 10th, 2018.
He attained the rank of Senior Firefighter and served on A Shift at the
Adelaide, Glen Osmond, and St Marys Fire Stations.
Desmond passed away on Saturday, April 1st, 2023, at the Calvary Mary
Potter Hospice in the Palliative Care Unit. He was 72 years old. Desmond will
be farewelled at a private ceremony for close family.
