SAFSRA is saddened to inform members of the passing of Eric Rieck. 
Our deepest sympathies go out to the Rieck family, to his friends and work colleagues.

DOB 22/01/1938

Eric joined SAMFS on Friday the 15th of December 1989 and retired on Sunday the 30th of June 1991.

Eric served the SAMFS at Port Augusta Fire Station for the entirety of his Firefighting career and retired at the rank of Firefighter. 

Eric passed away peacefully on Monday the 21st April 2025 surrounded by his family and friends who invite you to join them to help celebrate his life.
