Passing of Michael Jerard Armstrong

SAFSRA is deeply saddened to inform members of the passing of
Michael Jerard Armstrong.

Our sincere condolences go out to the Armstrong family, friends and to his workmates.

Retired Electronics Engineer Michael Jerard Armstrong MFS ID 2237
DOB 11/05/ 1949
Michael joined the MFS on January 4th, 1993, and retired on May 23, 2005
He served in the Engineering / Technical Department.

Michael passed away unexpectantly on Saturday 28th June 2025 after a short battle with a brain cancer tumour.

Funeral details are as follows:
Date: Wednesday 9th July 2025 Time: 1400 Hours
Venue: St Thomas Anglican Church
Corner Onkaparinga Valley and Junction Road Balhannah South Australia
Drinks will then be held at the Balhannah Hotel, 78 Onkaparinga Valley Road, Balhannah, at the conclusion of the Service.
