Adrienne Clarke
The funeral service details for
Commander Adrienne Clarke, OAM AFSMWhere: SAMFS Adelaide Station Engine Room 99 Wakefield Street Adelaide SA.Date: Tuesday 26 August 2025Time: 1100SAFRA Members are encouraged to wear medals.
Adrienne joined the MFS as part of Recruit Squad 12 in 1987 and
was stationed at Adelaide Station ‘D’ Shift. She was promoted to
Station Officer and Commander Central and South.
Adrienne sadly passed away surrounded by her family on
Wednesday the 13th of August 2025, aged 65 years, after a short battle with cancer.
Adrienne’s passing is an enormous loss for the MFS, and wider emergency services community.

Adrienne’s family invites you join them for drinks to celebrate the life of Adrienne at The Strathmore Hotel, 129 North Terrace, Adelaide from 1pm onwards.
Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to Adrienne’s family, extended family, friends and work colleagues during this difficult time.
