Passing of
Christopher Bruce Fienemann,

SAFSRA is deeply saddened to inform members on the passing  of
Senior Firefighter Christopher Bruce Fienemann.

We pass our deepest condolences to Chris's wife, his family, friends and to all of his work colleagues.

DOB 05/11/1954

Chris joined the MFS on 4th January 1982 and was stationed at Angle Park on B Shift.
Chris retired on 20/11/2018 after 36 years of loyal service.
Chris sadly passed away on Friday the 11th of July 2025 aged 70 years.
Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to Chris’s wife Lesley, sons Nicholas and Mitchell along with extended family, friends and work colleagues during this difficult time.

Memorial Service details are as follows:

Date: Thursday 24th of July 2025
Time: 1100 Hours
Venue: Fulham Funerals, 137-139 Holbrooks Road Underdale.

All Operational MFS personnel attending the funeral service are advised to wear dress of the day including medals, cap and tie. Softshell jackets if required.
