The attention of all staff is directed to the passing of –:

Terrence John Grocock

ID 2301412
DOB 15/10/1947
Terry joined SAMFS on Monday 22nd January 1973 and resigned on Wednesday
8th November 2006.
Terry was promoted through the ranks as follows,
S/F 19th December 1988, S/O 10th July 1992, S/O2 10th July 1995 and then to D/O on 29th July 2004 before his resignation on 8th November 2006.
Terry served SAMFS at Northfield, Headquarters, Penfield, Prospect and Mount Gambier Fire Stations.
Terry also worked in Fire Safety from 1994 through until 1997 and then from 2000 until his resignation in 2006 in Regional Command.

Terry passed away peacefully on Friday 18th June 2021

Funeral details are as follows:
Date: 24th June 2021
Time: 1400 Hours
Venue: Blackwell Funerals
120 Henley Beach Road Torrensville 5031

All Operational MFS personnel attending the funeral service are advised to wear dress of theday including medals cap and tie.
Soft shell jackets if required.
