The attention of all staff is directed to the passing of –:

Patrick Joseph Goddard
DOB 9 th December 1937

Patrick joined SAMFS on the 29 th August 1966 and
retired on the 11 th December 1992.
Patrick’s rank was a Firefighter for the duration of his career and he served at
Elizabeth, Penfield and Adelaide Stations.
Patrick passed away peacefully on the 11 th March 2021 in the presence of his wife Lynda and son Mark while residing at Helping Hands Parafield Gardens.
Information on Covid restrictions will be via Simplicity Funerals on the day.

Funeral details are as follows:
Date: Thursday 18 th March 2021

Time: 1400 Hours
Venue: Simplicity Funerals
2-4 Waterloo Corner Road
Salisbury 5108

All MFS personnel attending the funeral service are advised to wear dress of the day including Galatea (if you have one), Soft Shell Jacket, medals cap and tie.
