We are aware of recent increase in scam activity.

Important Reminder: FSCU will never ask you for your One Time Password
(OTP).

FSCU will never install software for live chat or remote access purposes.

Never provide codes or access to anyone even if they claim to work for FSCU or
advise we have been compromised.

Our staff and Fraud team will never ask you to transfer money to another
institution.

If in doubt, hang up and call us on 8227 2222.
