In regards to the Celebration of Life service for:-

  23/05/1936 - 30/08/2021

Patrick’s family are holding a "Celebration of Life" for Patrick on Thursday the 30th of September, 2021, 1400 hours at Blackwood Football Club, Trevor Terrace Blackwood.
We will be screening the recording of Patrick’s Funeral on the big screen at 1400 hours sharp for those that want to see it. The screening will conclude at approximately 1450 hours which will be followed by refreshments and a celebration.
Due to COVID number restrictions we have had to create a booking system which has been done through Try Booking. For those wishing to attend the web address to book is below, It does ask for the person booking to attach their details, however when booking at the bottom you can select for details not to be stored.

Booking is essential.

Our family are looking forward to Patrick’s "other family", his MFS friends
joining us for the celebration of Patrick’s life.

All Operational MFS personnel attending the “Celebration of Life” service are advised to wear dress of the day including medals cap and tie, however off duty personnel wishing to attend may wear casual attire if preferred.
